Running lights stopped working

so today i put my fogs on and i went a lil while ago to go to the store and my front and back running lights dont work. the fogs and everything else work i mean everything. i checked the bulbs and their good the fuses are good as well. when i was tightening the battery terminal my ratchet touched the strut tower and caused a spark but everything still works even checked the fuses under the hood. what else could it be?? my car is a 97 civic ex

btw my low beam on the driver side didnt work when i bought the car so i took off the projectors for stock lights with new halogens and the low still dont work if anyone has info it would be appreciated.

Did you check the fuses under the dash too? If I had my diagram or wasn't too lazy to google it, i'd tell you exactly what fuse to check.

Did you replace them with a known good one? That is the only way to check them. If fuses n relays r good then you need to start checking wires

havent had time to update but i fixed the prob it was two wires that were spliced into the wire harness and caused a short so i removed em and bam all good
