Running Speaker Wire through Door

Another noob question, how do you get wire into the door?I drive a '95 Coupe Ex I attempted to stick wire from the door into weatherproof rubbery thing connecting the door to the chassis, but I cant find where the wire ends up. Can someone help me locating this hole?

Yea, if you cant see it, get a metal clothes hanger, straighten it out, take the wire speaker to it, and push it through.. than you can see the metal hanger

some of the hondas have an actual harness plug at the door. If thats the case you have to drill a hole through the door jam and into the door.

the best thing to do is remove your kick panel, and the door panel. Then remove the boot going from the door into the kick. pull either the kick or the door side out first, cut the tape securing it to the wire cluster, and that will open it up. do the same on the other end, and now you are ready to run wire.

a flexible claw tool is always a good thing to have, if not, a wire hanger is second best. easiest way to do it, is run through the door first, into the boot, and then into the kick. civic's arent hard cars to run wires in, no molex connector to drill through or anything like that

if im not mistaken i believe there is a molex connector. you have two options 1)drill through the molex connector and run new speaker wire or 2) splice into the the speaker wires where the headunit is.
