cool to watch sometimes but the concept and the fact that people spend so much money on it is lame. the closest to drifting i will ever get is downshifting around the corner and sliding around it for funBlazed said:drifting is a waste...

yea, maybe to learn, not to make a whole sport out of oversteering and sliding around on purpose. waste of money, its not just fwd, its common sense.Revolver said:It prolly just has a center diff controller that allows all power to be sent to the rear wheels at the turn of a knob. You can do this with a Skyline AWD system as well since it is electronically controlled.
FWD car owners always hate on drifting when it is a very good way to learn car control and recovery. When grip driving during an understeer or oversteer situation you can apply drift techniques to smoothly and quickly change your cars line to overcome the under or oversteer and continue the race without much lost time or momentum.
What motor sport isn't a waste of money? What motor sport isn't anything more than an entertaining advertisement fest?Going-West said:yea, maybe to learn, not to make a whole sport out of oversteering and sliding around on purpose. waste of money, its not just fwd, its common sense.
