LOL, that's not what I'm talking about.

5th Gear & Top Gear are the names of the TV shows you're watching these videos of. Apparently the hosts (Tiff from 5th Gear and Jeremy from Top Gear) are very acquainted with each other and sometimes appear together in episodes.

Originally there was just Top Gear on the BBC,

then most of the presenters moved to channel 5 in a similar show called 5th gear (but without Jeremy Clarkson)

Now Clarkson has revived Top Gear, but instead of Tiff and Vicky, there are new presenters (including the Stig who tests the cars on track)
