S300 Tuning Questions

Hows it going everyone, just got a few newbie questions about tuning a S300. I'm planning on getting a eTune from http://vittuned.com/, I have a wideband in my car but I haven't wired it to my ECU yet (is that necessary? I believe, I am suppose to wire it up to D10 or D14?) Also, I have a cat on, I still have a o2 sensor still hooked up, and 1 is deleted (just a screw that is the same size as the sensor) then after the cat I have my wideband o2 sensor, just wondering if that would make a difference when datalogging/tuning my car when time comes.

Could anyone give me an idea what numbers i'll be pushing out, if possible?

Okay, so I got my wideband welded in front of my cat, now I’m going to be wiring it up to D14, I was wondering if I have to do anything else like calibrate my gauge and sensor together before I start data logging to send out to get tuned? Or what else needs to be done?
