safc 2 help

howdy guys. i need some help with my safc. it came with my car when i bought it, and its been sittin in it hooked up for awhile now, and i want to disconnect it to sell. the problem is, when i disconect it, i throw a code and the car idles at around 3000 rpms. ive never hooked one so i dont know how to disconnect it and solve this problem. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

There are some wires that were cut to go through the safc and not to meet the connection before meeting the safc, if you disconnected it at the harness then you didn't fully uninstall it, if you want to fully uninstall it, you'll need to reconnect those wires and such.

You have to reconnect the map sensor wires.

The way you hook it up is you cut the wire at the harness, run one side into the AFC, then a wire comes out of the AFC and goes into the ECU.
