screens in visor

question i live in texas and i am about to install screens into my visors. Does anybody know a web ste about the laws if i it is illegal or not??? cuz i dont wanna get harass for stuntin to hard...lol

Sec.A547.611. USE OF CERTAIN VIDEO EQUIPMENT AND TELEVISION
RECEIVERS.AA(a) A motor vehicle may be equipped with video
receiving equipment, including a television, a digital video disc
player, a videocassette player, or similar equipment, only if the
equipment is located so that the video display is not visible from
the operator’s seat.

(c)AAThis section does not prohibit the use of:
(1)AAequipment used:
(A)AAexclusively for receiving digital
information for commercial purposes;
(B)AAexclusively for a safety or law enforcement
purpose, if each installation is approved by the department;
(C)AAin a remote television transmission truck;
or
(D)AAexclusively for monitoring the performance
of equipment installed on a vehicle used for safety purposes in
connection with the operations of a natural gas, water, or electric
utility; or
(2)AAa monitoring device that:
(A)AAproduces an electronic display; and
(B)AAis used exclusively in conjunction with a
mobile navigation system installed in the vehicle.

so, you better not have those monitors visible while driving.
