Scrollbars on screens

I've got these LCD screens in my visors. Ebay nameless ones but they work. I've got bad feedback with them, scrollbars and a little static. Checked the grounding and it looks ok. Using a PS2. I bought a ground loop( waste of money ) and still have the problem. So, instead I bought a video amp. Going to install it in a few days but before then should I change out a better grade of RCA and change out all grounds on the car.
