So, I just got my '97 civic si 5sp coupe back today after getting a clutch installed. Everything seems to be working fine, but I noticed recently that the temperature gauge has been acting really weird.
What it is doing is, when I idle or sit for a while or when I first start driving the gauge will rise just over 3/4's, and then suddenly after a few moments or minutes it will drop right back down to regular idle level..
The only thing I know what to do is check my radiator fluid, and make sure its at the appropriate level, or add more if needed. Just couldn't do that tonight, its past 12 and I gotta work in the morning at 6. The only option I can do is put a cup or two of water in it first thing tomorrow morning, until after work, and then I'll check it and buy some radiator fluid.
Please any input would help a ton...
