seat stuck forward???

The power drivers seat is stuck all the way forward in my gf's car. there is nothing jammed in the track.... think it just went to far forward. Everything else works on the seat, tilt, reclining., etc. Any ideas of how to fix it without going to the dealership?

The newer accords do...I believe 02 and newer.

i popped my buddies mustang seat all the way forwards once and it wouldnt go back but i just pulled the lever underneath and pushed back with some force and it went back to normal, dont know if that helps.

she actually has an 02 camery, i drive the civic. Just tryin to see if someone has come across the same problem and might know a quick fix....

I can't remember ever having a problem with those.

It's usually older domestics that have that problem.

Shhh...don't tell anyone but I usually move the control to the back position while I push back like a mug. Leg press that seat into position. That's only when I can hear the motor trying to move the seat. Unfortunately, older domestics also have bad switches and sometimes you just have to tap into the motor's wiring with a power supply and move it back.
