Seat Upholstery Estimate?

Alright, wanting to get my stock front seats reupholstered instad of dropping a thousand bucks on recardos.
ANy body have an idea of how much shops charge for reupholstery?

Back when I put leather teg seats in my 5th gen, I was trying to get the back redone to match. This was back before I found out that 4 door teg seat will work. The lowest bid was $1200 to do just the back seat!!

Now granted this is leather, but that will show you that they can be pretty pricey. You should definitely not be that high though as cloth is a LOT cheaper than leather. I can't find the receipt though to show the break down of labor to materials cost.

I would just get the NRG Type R replica seats if that's what you are going for. Recovered OEM seats never look that good and they are still the same seats that you started with. Recaro seats are a lot more than just looks.

Are the Nrg seats DOT approved. I'm not doing autocross or anything but I;m not a big fan of death if i crash driving. ha I found em somewhere for 300 shipped for both.

I really want some itr recaros, but only used ones around are nearly 2000. Thats as much as my damn car. haha

Look around on local forums and such I got a legit sparco. Used for 50$ it's soooo comfortable
