sensor trouble!

When I crank my ex 2002 civic the engine sound begin to go up n down, the check engine light is flashing n battery light is on.
Aftert 1 minute approximatively, the sound would normalize, but higher than usually, battery light would turn off, engine light would stay on but not flashing.
Please anybody help cuz I'm in a real mess without my car....

Check all your battery and alternator connections , then hit autozone and have them pull your cel code and test your alternator.....

Dear Deezy, tks for paying attention to me. I even change my alternator already...
I forgot to mention that form inside you can hear a clicking soung (click, click,click) while the lights are flashing.
