i installed my amp and subwoofer yesterday. i went for a drive today and noticed my blinkers dont work, i dont hear the clicking noise, the dash lights dont go, and my hazards button doesnt turn them on either. everything else works. anyone have any idea what could have done this or where the wire runs for the blinkers so i can fix this....i cant drive my car until i do.

check the fuse yet?
just found a diagram on the under dash fuse box...im gonna go check the fuse but i doubt its that. if anyone knows where the wiring runs that would help me alot.
what gauge wire did you run?
8 gauge power and ground. dont see how that would affect my blinkers. i looked at both fuses, i know nothing about fuses but both looked normal to me. i see a spare one for the under dash box, i have to go buy one for the under hood box. ill try those first.....i really hope i didnt mess up a wire.
also, i had grounded the amp to one of the bolts for the right tail light. someone had suggested that as a spot. that couldnt have done anything right?

The tail light bolt is one of the worst spots to ground too......I would not trust what just anyone says unless they are a professional or at least fairly experienced. This sounds silly, but ensure that you plugged the harness back into the back of the hazard button when you removed the climate control to connect the RCA's. Also, a visual test is not the best way to check a fuse, they can still be faulty. Use a continuity test on a DMM, just do every fuse, it will take 2 minutes.
lmao, it was the damn hazard button plug. i feel like an idiot, but it was pushed up into a spot that it was pretty much hidden so when i checked for loose plugs i missed it.

whats a better grounding spot? preferably closer to the back seats cuz i wanna move the amp next to the woofer so i can cut a board to mount them to.

Somewhere in the trunk or under the seats is a better spot for the ground. Really try not to ground something else near the tail light or other electrical items like that. Not to best for a good ground.
How to wire a CD player
hi, I have a JVC - 50W x 4 MOSFET In-Dash CD Deck , but I don't know how to wire it up in my 9 9 Honda civic.
The problem is that my car has 6 pair cables plus GND, but this CD player only has four pair cables. I don't know which should fit which.
