you unbolt your door handles and with the shaved door kit you get a filler plate which is a piece of metal that fits in the place of the handles, you weld that in, and then bondo and smooth so it looks all flush. then you use your door poppers to open the doors.
You can get by with fiberglas cloth from the back and then body filler if you don't have access to a welder. Welding the plate in would be better though. Bend the edges in a tiny bit so the body filler will be flush without lines where the old holes were.
