Shift Knob & pedal insallation!

I have a 98 Civic DX which I am trying to add a knob and replace the pedals. Is there a certain thing you have to do before unscrewing the knob? Also, how do I proceed with the pedals?

To take off the shift knob you just twist it counter-clockwise as hard as you can.

With the pedals, I'm sure you're talking about pedal covers, so all you have to do is put the clips around the back and tighten the screws. Not hard at all.

OH! One more thing. Where would I buy a shift knob that has the Honda emblem on it?

you can find a "Type-R" knob for like 10 bucks
