I really thought about doing that... Sad but true, it would only be a temp thing. But since I dont really know when i would get a real one. I didnt do it incase it ened up being months and I hated it. Stock it not that bad. The tranny in my old Celica came out of a Toyota truck so that's how I fixed the length of the shifter until I got the right one.
I looked like one of those RatFink drawings with a 2 foot long shifter before that.
