Ok i am new to forums but i would love some advice ive been into Honda for about 4 years and ive gained alot of knowledge from local honda tuners... But my main reason why im hear is to ask should i build my D15b7 motor 187,000
JDM LOVER!!!
Heres the rundown!! bought this car for 50$ from my sister because it had a loud exhaust and she didn't wanna fix it so i took it off her hands!!!
1992 Honda Civic DX Sedan 4 Door
Automatic :x
Clean Interior
Purple 187,000 miles
BONE STOCK BUT VERY CLEAN D15b7
i just installed a Apexi Exhaust system to keep it a nice rumble
I have not yet ordered but don't know if i should
RPM tach (Cause don't know why they wouldn't install one in the first Place)
Skunk intake manifold
Skunk exhaust manifold
AEM Cams
New Head Maybe a Z6
Gut the engine
New Springs struts shocks maybe
Cold air intake (Short Ram Maybe don't know)
Remove Power steering and AC ???
but thats just a few items that i can possibly do in about 1 week of work
THE ONLY THING IM WORRIED ABOUT IS THAT IT IS A AUTOMATIC THAT KILLS EVERYTHING
BODY IS IN GOOD CONDITION RUST IN QUARTER USUAL FOR HONDAS I GUESS??
interior is in good shape im thinking about stripping the whole thing and making it leather interior new carpet gauges pods for tachometer and steering column...racing seats...
Thats a project ive been thinking but need help if i should or not!!!
so hear are some pics of my beautiful DX lol and some rims i got for free that i might throw on!!

welcome to the site...

why not rock the purple lol...

as of building the d... imo toss it for either a b, h or k... then build it. as of an after market tach...no just swap the cluster out for an ex cluster like I did...lol. take the ac out if you want but leave the ps.. or else you'll have a hell of a time turning unless to switch it for a non power rack like mine is
