I personally wouldn't buy anything second hand that was "stanced", just because i don't know what does half assed/improperly.

and lol at that steering wheel.

That steering wheel is pretty gawdawful.

For a car that's "stanced", he mentions absolutely nothing to do with the suspension parts. I'd at least find out what he used. I'm sure it's all eBay parts and BWR/BLOX, etc. In that case, I'd end up redoing it anyway, so that really hurts the value and I'm sure comfort of the ride.

Basically I'd break it down like 2 grand for the shell, 2500 for the GSR swap (assuming it runs perfectly and was installed properly ). There's some room to low ball for sure, but if you try to use - replacing the suspension parts - as an argument, I'm sure he'll get butthurt about it.

This.

That whole "stanced" thing can ruin a perfectly good suspension.

Also have the CEL checked out. Anyone too lazy to change out an o2 sensor on a Honda is too lazy to do things right the first time.

I definitely agree with this comment. I also agree with everyone elses comments about being "stanced". Anyone proud of their suspension will gladly describe the parts used. Hence, he likely either cut stock springs or used an eBay set-up.

Here are my observations:

The front passenger side looks to have been damaged & poorly repaired, as indicated by the poor fitment below the headlight. The driver-side headlight has an even worse gap underneath, so it may be poor bumper fitment.

Furthermore, the front passenger quarter panel is not properly color-matched.

The rear corner also has fitment issues you can notice between the rear trunk seem and beneath the taillight.

I would check it out anyways as the interior looks very clean and the rest of the car appears rather straight. If it runs well and a visual inspection checks out, then use all the aforementioned points and anything you find to negotiate the price down. If the seller's really firm about $4500 then either theyre a fool or looking for a fool kid to buy it.
