Single mettalic click from wheel pulling from a stop

Doesn't happen all the time but it's pretty consistent the first time I drive the car each day. A single click that sounds like it's coming from the left front wheel. The car doesn't have that clattering sound you hear on cars with bad CV joints when they make a sharp turn. Just the single click from the left side.

Caliper?

This is my first Honda so I don't know typical problems associated with odd sounds.

Check your balljoints , tie rods , shock bushings and swaybar bushings. Plus , check your caliper sliding pins if they're properly lubricated.
