Anyone have any tips on how I can make this work. The rail assembly does not bolt on to the SiR seats. Is there a way to take the SiR rails apart from the side supports and maybe swap the rails alone? That way the mounting crap will line up properly? Or am I looking at getting brackets made?

weld your oem rails onto the SiR seats.
