1) shave your door handles + get poppers.

2) CUT and/or remove the bar that connects to the lock and get poppers.

3) Sell your car.

haha

I wonder if "bump-keys" work on cars... the ignition that is.

I saw that video from germany or some s**t where people use these "bump-key" sets and they can open any conventional lock in the world with like a 10-key set.

Seems to be more and more popular way of stealing cars these days. Guess the thiefs are getting smart and realizing that with alarms getting better and people installing kill switches, if you just tow it you can bypass them all. Of course then you just get paranoid everytime you see a tow truck pass by your car.

not if they dont have access to the front wheels, just think, they cant get it on the truck, or they cant tow it when it is in park or 1st if the front wheels are on the ground, they would fawk up the transmission

i beg to differ. i know some repo guys. they will just hook to the rear and drag it around the coner and then load it right. i have even know of them to drag them over curbs and s**t like that too.

Um... even if they can, why would they? It's easy to get in Hondas and to get them started. :what: if the idiots that stole mine can manage to start it without a key then anyone can.

And honestly.. a lot of times they don't give a s**t about the transmission anyway. At least not the thieves. Especially the thieves willing to look into what cars they want to steal, which I'd imagine would be a good idea to do if you have to risk bringing in a big flatbed or tow-truck (which *can* be conspicuous).

most the time they take a roll back. if its in backwards and they need to get it out quick or if they just need to get it out quick they just do a snag and grab and then reload it. ther are a few easy ways to snag a car to but im not goin to explain them cause they work way to easy on our cars and i dont wanna give the wrong person the right idea. and most of the time when someone is stealin the car its gettin parted out any ways and the shell will be hauled intot he scarp yard. whats left of it anyways. when i wrecked my teg. on libility inns. it was stripped enough 6 of us picked it up and sat it on a trailer.

I would hate to see the thiefs with this bolted up to the brake pedal, they would only try to see how far they would get without using the pads.

No matter what you have to stop them nicking your ride, if they want it bad enough they will find a way :x :x

Put one under the clutch instead... It's probably better than trying to put it under the brake.

It doesn't have to break.
They just cut off the brake pedal end and slide it off. It makes it a pain in the ass for the thief to push on a little stick instead of a pedal but it can be done.

yeah if you have a stick your supposed to put that under your cluth pedal... and trust me... cutting a pedal is not easy! we had to order special hydrolic (sp) tools to use at our firehouse for that spacific reason. and like what was said earlier... they will just drag your car to a diffrent spot and hook up again if its the wrong way in... it was on the repo show on discovery a while back
