Did mini swap and tried to start up and nothing. The first couple of times it sounded like it wanted to turn over but after a while it went to nothing. Need help.

Did mini swap and tried to start up and nothing. The first couple of times it sounded like it wanted to turn over but after a while it went to nothing. Need help.What have you tried to trouble shoot?
Timing, firing order, all vacuum lines correct, fuel pump priming, checked for fuel at the rail?
