my first year here and i didnt know what love bugs were so my bumper is ruined, tree sap? parts of my hood is ruined now.

i havent seen em youre right! but around lakes and water, you get a whole family on your bumper in one swoop.

ive already waxed the hell out of my bumper, hood and mirror so they wont damage the paint.

f**kin love bugs... but you're right. I haven't seen too many of them yet...

For those who don't live in Florida.. these love bugs usually spawn in masses around this time of the year.. and they end up all over the front of your car. They stick to the front bumper / hood / windshield. The worst part is that their guts are acidic, and they eat your paint.

i tried to go into a steak n shake in leesburg fl one night... only to see the entire door and handle covered with these things...

i also saw a penske truck..... big yellow box van... yea... the front was completely black... all the way up..

they are a f**king nuisance.. but... atleast they leave you alone for the most part...

Use a wet dryer pad and they will come right off! But yeah they suck and we get them 2 X a year!

there is a company that comes to our dealership,that puts on a clear bra on any car, they can put one on yours just not sure how much it would be, but its pretty good man,
