I have another one sitting in my garage, but I dont wanna put on a freshly painted bumper when there is still a ton of rocks on the road from winter.

you just have to know where to look man.

www.galantvr4.org is where I found mine. They go for fair prices and the owners are all mature adults... not like every 1g or 2g ricer. Very knowledgeable people too.

Prolly because out of the 3000 numbered and the 10 production test cars, there is only about half of them left.

I got my hands on one while I could.

Come to think of it, there is only a couple in Cali, most are located in the midwest. Nearly all are in colorado and michigan though.
