SOMEONE HELP!

I just got my liscense 5 months ago and the only car I've ever wanted was a black 6th gen civic vtec. I bought my first car for 4500 bucks, it needed some body work and I've done it all. It looks great now. I've bought some new lights, system, and rims for it but there has to be something I am forgetting... oh yeah. IT'S SLOW. I REALLY need some help making my civic quick. I would like a supercharger or a turbo but I have no idea how to go about getting any of the parts to do it. I NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS OR HAS SOME PARTS TO SELL ME. Some one please tell me what all I need to buy and stuff because I'm going to lose it if my good-looking civic doesn't have the guts to back it up. I have a D16Y8 incase you're wondering... Remember, I'm only 16 so funds are limited. SOME ONE PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

If you dont know what you need, then you shouldn't do it, now at least.

You need to research, ALOT. Plus, I wouldnt even try to do it at 16 (especially on a budget).
