i know its a b***h to hand polish, but it looks like u could use a little more sanding and polishing, but it looks good..

no, wire brush....what grid sandpaper should i use?? any other tips would be good!

i would wet sand it with like 400 and work my way to 1000 grit and then use a polisher and some mothers or other more expensive metal polish..

a wire brush will pit the metal and not leave a smooth surface.
u can have hundreds of hours in polishing. i would suggest finding a good tv program or movie and taking it in the living room with u and just let ur hands go where they want for hours on end..
