i dont know how to use it in crome but i know how it works...basically you find a certian RPM you are good at leaving the line at. and you tell launch control what it is and it limits your rpms at a dead stop to that.

launch control on crome is bad. basically launch control either missfires your injectors, or your spark to keep it at a certain rpm for consistant launches. crome cuts out fuel with basically means your leaning out the cylinders. i have lc on my car with hondata, it does spark. which would you rather not have, spark or fuel?

I got this.

I am a member of several Forums. Heres how its done with crome. I found recently that you use the cruise control switch. "the lower one on the clutch pedal". There will be two wires. You run the pink wire to B8 of your ECU. wich is your PSP wire. And you ground the black wire to the chassis. I think they use the cruise control switch because it actually breaks ground when pressed. I would post the link but im am not sure what all the rules on this forum are. I will be implementing the launch control features and full throttle shifting in my own EG4 in the next few days. I can confirm then if this is indeed to be true. The original post i read had videos of it working. Pretty sweet. If you beat me to it. Let me know how it works.

First try not so good.

*****FOR THE RECORD!!!! THIS IS ALL BEING DONE WITH CROME FREE!!!!!*****
Ok so, i burned a rom last night with active launch control and full throttle shifting. I then followed the previous advice of pinning out the pink wire from the cruise control switch to b8 and then running the black wire to ground, and this is what happend. At first i was elated to hear my car two stepping right at 4400 where i put it at. So far so good. However when i begin to drive the Vehicle, my RPM max seems to be where i put my FTS shift point at. So im thinking now that maybe the full throttle shifting is just moving the rev limiter. So back to the driveway. My second attempt was to try and regain my 7500 rev limit. To no avail. No matter what i tried. I could not get my rev limit beyond the point of my FTS point. I undid my wire to my cruise control switch from the b8 port. No dice. Still has same issues. So im leaning towards its not the right pin from the ECU, because obviously its doing somthing. Ive been hopelessly milling over PGMFI.ORG's wiki files to find the answer. One person said they use b5. Blue/Red wire. I dont want to trust any random stranger, so im skeptical. I will continue to do more research, as i find the answer i will post!
