what do the audio experts say about this amp? its going to be powering 2 10'' RF P2's, with 200rms and 400peak power running 8ohms. ive heard about problems about overheating on these, when people bridged it down to 2ohms,, if i bridge it down to 4ohms each, will it overheat? any other amp that would be good power for these subs in the price range of 200-250$?

that amp will be ok if your P-2's are 8 ohms each

EDIT: :wstupid: it will work, try looking at some other amps with close to the same specs before making a final decision on what brand to get

I always hear people rag on sony but I've never had ANY issues with any of my sony stuff. None. I don't even have any niggling complaints.

sony's do the job but who knows for how long as they are notorious for doing what their name says (xplod) lol imho you'd be better off w/ the pioneer 760w 2 channel but buy what ya like, and yes low's correct some are hit or miss some will have NO probs and some will have ALL probs

I've had a Sony amp for 7 years... Guess I've gotten lucky on everything I've bought from Sony.
