I just put in my system and everything well me and my brother did its sounds real good and all but it has this static noise when u put the music down....any idea wa it could be??????????????

it could be a topic for the audio section I would think. But my guess without seeing the system is going to be a bad ground, or cheap or bad equipment. Without more description of what you have I couldnt really know. Does the noise get louder with the engine or is a solid noise floor

if the sound is rising with the RPMs then it is infact a bad ground.

But yeah, post up your setup and we can probably figure out what it is.

Don't get cheap rca cables either do it right pay for what you get

it was the ground....thanks ppl im new at this i only had my car for like a month im a noob =\
