on a boosted b16a what should the gap be on a spark plug?

i know for a fact that you can run at the stock gap, but its better to change them.

but i forgot to add that it will be at ~ 7psi on a t3/t04

I was running stock gap on the colder plug @ 8psi, but it seemed to stumble a bit under heavy load.. So I regapped them to .028" and it went away..

do you know what the gap would be for a d? i heard that in general it should be .030 - .035 for boosted cars.

I was gapped @ .030 on my boosted d with 2 step colder plugs by NGK.

how do you even gap plugs?


i just put in some zex plugs (supposidly pre gapped for nitrous/fi hondas) on my nitrous'd gsr, they have the tripple electrods too

theres a lil tool you buy at kragen...for about $1. You tap the plug on the ground and measure the gap with the tool until uve reached the desired gap.

if it has more then one grounding electrode you cant change teh gap.
