speaker size question

im looking to buy new speakers, and i thought that the rear deck speakers in my 99 coupe were 6x9's but when i went on crutchfield it said that no 6x9's fit in my car, why is this? should i just get them anyway?

y dont u just measure the speaker size...if its 6x9 then f**k crutchfield...just get the speakers

some 6x9's have a mounting depth clearance issue, but you should be fine

I have 6x9 Blaupunkts in my rear deck right now. 6x9s will fit, and it will have nothing to do with depth clearance.

Of course I'm replacing those 6x9s with 6.5s anyway.

Uhhh. I got alpine 6X9's in my 00 si............. they fit. NO mods. nothing.

6x9's fit. get boston's, or infinity kappas, best speakers i have heard in a while.
