I just bought a 1996 civic hatchback dx after my uncle did a little work to it. The one thing he didnt fix was the fact that the speedo would read 40 when im doin 30 or 80 when im doin 70. Can i fix this? Does it help if i add the odometer is also out? Any help would be cool..
