Speedo lights not working

My speedo lights will turn on randomly but then turn off, all the fuses are perfect and fine, my friend told me it has to do with the dome light switch, any help?

You mean the dimmer switch? It's probably bad or the connection is bad. Have you even checked the connections?

connections as in? sorry im really bad at wiring hah

The wires that go into the switch and the wires that go into the back of the gauge cluster.

How hard is it to check the connection behind the speedo?
