Speedo Needle Died

well ive been driving around for weeks without knowing how fast im going i went to autozone to see what they said and it was my speed sensor..so i replace the sensor at least 4 times still nothing

the needle moved once in awhile but now it just stopped every other needle works and my car usually redlines at 7 and also shifts at 7000 rpm when i floor it but now it redlines at 6k when i floor it and it doesnt even go into the next gear...(automatic) so in order for it to shift i have to let go of the gas

heres a quick vid...i disconnected the battery to erase the check engine light but it turned on again

im lookin for a new cluster to see if thats the problem

i have a similar thing w/mine, speedo needle goes on and off periodically, I'm thinkin it's a loose wire somewhere. You replace the VSS? Was that hard?

I already told you my thoughts... swap the cluster out and see if that does it.

switched the VSS 4 times....its easy that wasnt the problem tho...trying to find a cluster tho

did it improve at all with any of the switches? Did it work fine right afterwards then go out again?

My car does the same thing...except look at the wieird part. The speedo only works when it rains...I have no idea why. I think it has something to do with a bad connection somewhere and humdity gets it to make a good connection, cause this sounds so weird.
