speedometer odometer and tripometer issues!

So i dont know what causes it but my speedometer odometer and tripometer only work sometimes. my tach and everything else in the cluster work but i havent noticed any certain ways to make the speed, odometer and tripometer work so im clueless as to what would cause this. any ideas?

Is CEL code 17 also thrown?

cleaned the speed sensor on the inside of it and it seemed to help for a day then nothing again...
