Speedometer swap

hey guys i have a 2002 honda civic lx sedan and i currently have the original speedometer that it brings(the white one) and would like to change if for the blue one that the 2003 civic brings.....how can i do this?...would it fit and work if just plug in a 2003 speedometer or are there any extra wiring that have to be done?

All 7th gen civic's spedometers, (2001-2005) are interchangeable, meaning that they are staight forward swaps, and a 2002-2006 CRV cluster's also work in the 7th gen civic's like a regular civic cluster does!

Also i forgot to ask weather the miles on my car pass on to the new speedometer if i install one or does the miles save in the speedometer and will change if swap the speedometer??
