I bought the genuine honda splash guards and I need help intalling the rear ones. My question is: Can I install it without taking the tire off?

You should be able to, if you got those dinky 3" screwdrivers.

the splash guards was one of the first things i removed from my civic. this is before i knew there might be issues with sand/dirt/etc getting trapped behind the rubber and finely scratching the paint behind it. install them if you feel you need them, but i got rid of them right quick.

to each their own, i suppose :P i like how my car looks without em. lol... man i hope my ex didn't throw them away, i wanted to sell them on ebay...

oh i see :P

btw, to answer your question, u don't have to take the wheel off. you'll just need a really SHORT screwdriver. i used my swiss army knife when i removed mine.
