i have new kyb gas ajustable shocks on 2000 civic ex cpe. looking into springs for slightly lower, sportier look and feel. any opinions/ideas? don't want more than 1.5 in lowering, but something for performance since i go very very fast where i shouldn't and the tire guys get mad ;) what do you guys think of eibach or h&r?

Eibachs are the s**t from all the reviews I've read. I am going to order the Pro Kits this week myself and two weeks later I will get the Tokico Illuminas to go with them.

do eibachs ride really stiff, though? i was referred to H&R b/c they don't compromise ride as much, but still deliver for performance...

H&R > Eibach as for as quality of ride goes, in my expierence that is... and they'll definately give you the "lower, sportier" look that your giong for... especially should go nice with teh shocks your lookin at

i already have the shocks and i installed them in august (for my bday). but i was hoping to get springs soon. ideally i wanted adjustable coilovers or something along those lines, but a friend got me the kyb shocks b/c he knew what i wanted for ride (and couldn't afford much more) and so there i have it. they're really great shocks, for that matter, and i'm really happy with the way they feel. so does anyone know about the tein springs they have that they sell separately from the sets? how would those compare?

i also have a friend that has the h&r springs and really recommends them. he says they ride real well and still will give me the handling i desire for my need for speed.

wow, i wish i'd get shocks for my birthday!!!

eibach pro-kits will suit your purpose. i suppose you could also go with neuspeed sport springs (they're a bit cheaper i believe). h&r sports would also work.

I have Eibach pro kit with stock shocks....little bouncie, not horrible, but with your KYB shocks, you should be ridin good. Im gonna get some Tokico adjustables cuz I got some coilovers recently, but gonna have to wait till the funds come in.

Eibach=good for performance
Teins are good from what I heard
H&R are also good
.....do some research bout em, and go with what you feel is best

Eibach proits will get you a 1.5 drop all the way around...As for sway bars, get a 19mm rear, like neuspeed or SRR
