Squeaking issue with drivers side door (98 EX Coupe)

The door squeak isn't from the hinges but is most likely from the window. When I push the interior door panel in it squeaks, if I hit a bump or drive on a curve more squeaks so how can I fix this issue? In case anybody is wondering... Yes... It's annoying me.

Remove panel, find what squeaks and fix said squeak. Seems self explanatory to me.
