Squeaking when steering?

So I have a squeaking when I turn the steering wheel like around 11-12o'clock when the wheels are dead center. I know the PS fluid was low and I think it has a leak on the hoses because I see fluid around my splash guard. I top it off and bled the air but it still makes the sounds. Before it would do it a lot but now its only when I first turn it to the left and then it goes away. The wheel doesn't have any play so I think the tie rods are fine. Anybody have any clues as to what it may be?

Check the belt tension.

Just checked the tension and I adjust it a bit tighter to like 1/2-1/4 inch of play but it still does it. I know the inner tie rod has a ripped boot and it on the drivers side and it is only coming from the drivers side as far as I know. I feel a small vibration when the squeak happens on the floor by the clutch pedal.

Diagnose --> fix

1) Replace any leaking hose.

2) Pinpoint the source of the noise. For example, does the noise come from the power steering pump or the steering rack?
