stage 1, 2, 3 cam in stock motor?

I was wondering if you could run a aftermarket cam in a stock motor with only mod is muffler and sri. My motor is a complete stock d16y8 if that helps out at all can you please tell me if i can or cant thanks, But if i can will it be hard to put the cam in myself.

You can run any cams you want. But why would you want to upgrade the cams? Most times your stock cams will do just fine with more than you'll add to the motor?

yes you can run any cam if you want to
you can run stage 1 without technically having to upgrade anything if you run any stage higher have to upgrade parts.
but like stated above why do you need the cam?
