Starting cold issue

I have a 93 civic sedan and im having issues it wont start when the temp is cold outside . it was fine in the summer and fall but now it won't unless I sit in the car and hold the gas till it gets warm. I have a prestige remote starter/alarm and it comes on then goes off i think it maybe the engine coolant temp sensor but just want some other opinions before I go start changing s**t.

Have you cleaned the FITV and IACV?

It stays on for about 4 secs when turning on then it goes off I cleaned the iacv fitv

Did you adjust the FITV when you cleaned it?? If so, try adjusting the idle speed.
