Hi Im the next owner of a Honda Civic coupe vti Vtec . The car came with what looks to be a factory fitted immobilizer and central locking. The fob that came with the keys has one big button that when pressed at very close range locks and unlocks im guessing it controls the immobiliser too. I am going to be fitting a CAT 1 alarm system to it and it has features to lock and unlock the doors were would be the factory module for the central locking.
Also is their a pictured tutorial showing how to remove the the steering panel for me to install my alarm?
And lastly after testing wires if i remove the + battery terminal and re connect will anything have to be reset or will i have to turn off any air bag switches?
