I have a 92 civic hatchback, so the problem is every time I slow down I hear something shaking and I feel it in the steering column and when I slow down fast it's real loud it even occurs when I go over bumps everyonce and a while, a buddy of myn told me my bindex went out in my steering column and I need to replace it to fix this
