stereo troubles

I was driving home and hit a pot hole and my car power flickered and then I had no power to my subs any more. my set-up is 2 12 inch planet audios, an ultimate amp and a 1 farad cap. I checked my connections and they are all good. the one I dont know if its a good connection is the ground. My cap now has no digital read but my deck and doors still work fine. anyone?

check the grounds and then check the fuses.

where did you ground the cap and the amp? same place? check that...i used the rear seat belt bolt...check that...rear seat comes out easy...

Can you bench test it? If everything looks fine I'd try that. If it doesn't work take it apart and see if it is just a bad solder connection.

Did you pop open the box to check the speakers? Also, inspect all your wiring. I know I wore though mine when I had a system because there was some play and my speaker wire got rubbed till it was dead.

Id your amp gettin power?
