that almost happened to me when the power when out on this one square block....the traffic lights were out and I stopped short of the middle, because I knew the escalade that was coming was not going to stop....he missed me by like 5 feet. If didn't stop, had he hit me, he would be on trial right now for vehicular man slaughter.
