Stobing headlight halo....

**If this is in the wrong section, please move mods. It deals with electronics, so I figured this was the right section**

I just noticed last night, that my highbeam halo on my passenger side headlight is strobing. Could it be a loose wire? Or is the halo just ready to burn out? It only strobes when the engine is on. Heres a quick video of what Im talking about.

Anyone have any idea whats causing it?

i herd halos burn out if not installed correctley...but i dont know anything about that...
maybe whats holding the halo got cracked
