Stock Turbo's on production vehicles

are all turbo on production vehicles pushing like 8 psi or are some of them really big

ur in the ball park. they boost low. thats y when u get a boost controller they hps are so high and unleash its potenial but get some internal work done so u wont blow nothing up lol

not all vehicles are low boost. an example, the evo pushes 19.5psi from the factory, the sti is 13psi i think.

It's all proportional, really. If a block can hold alot of boost, the care with come boosted higher from the factory. I'm surprised the Supra comes stock so low.

psi is just air pressure -- psi creates hp.. but hp gains varies from the size of the turbo and psi
