Are you guys seriously giving this guy props on his control and lack of sloppiness?

You do realize that he has two little prong things on the back of the bike that make it so that he barely has to balance it at all once the bike is far enough back. You see how easy it is for him to stand on top of the bike when it's vertical? That would be impossible without those prongs.
