I ordered about 270 bucks worth of stuff from them and didnt hear back from them till three weeks later when i asked about shipping they told me my stuff was on backorder and it would be ther in a week. i call back a week later because i didnt get a confirmation on shipping they told me the stuff has been on backorder for 5 months. i had been waiting for about a month now i called and asked the manager of customer service what he can do is there a comproble replacement he said yeah but i have to pay for the difference. i sent three emails to thier customer service during that month not one was answered i told him that. then i was saying i might have to cancel my order because they didnt give me any updates on my stuff and didnt want to give me a replacement for 20 bucks more at thier cost he said well i dont care its your choice i was like you dont care he said not really its your choice mind u this guy is the manager so i cancelled the order. he lost 27o bucks and he doesnt care and didnt want to solve it all for 20 bucks difference d**k head seriously. dont order from these guys or be wary there site doesnt tell u whats backordered.

I had a similar problem on that site. Ordered a blue strut bar and waited and waited. Finally emailed them to ask about it and "oh it's out of stock" sheesh, thanks for telling me. Same thing happened at another site too though, so maybe I'm being too picky.
i only deal with the site sponsors now, you can get pretty good deals cuz ur a member, and u can negotiate with them. also, they are pretty reputable ( except streetstyler. ) i would go for kma motorsports or robbearracing.com or striaght from jay jay
I ordered from these guys a few years ago and they screwed me too. I ordered half red and clear tail lights, but they sent me all clear tail lights. When I called them up to complain, they were out of the half red and clear tail lights, the customer service rep even admitted they sent the wrong item, but if I wanted to return the all clear tail lights they were going to charge me re-stocking fee. I ended up selling them on ebay and breaking even on the deal. I'd stay away from these guys.
I got my headers, exhaust and cold air intake from streetbeatcustoms.. shipping took a while, but if you are in the phoenix area (where the store is) then they'll usually do thier best to cut you a deal. also, its better if you call them to find out if products are in stock or not before ordering... I talked to the guy at the store and he confirmed that the site doesn't get updated very often, maybe they just need a better IT!
When I didnt know better I ordered my intake from them. Shipping was slow as s**t, but it got here.
